Lemon Rice


Ingredients:
Steamed White Rice - 2 cups
Lemon Juice - extracted from 1 Lemon
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Hing - 1 pinch
Urud Dhal - 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves - few
Red or Green chilli- 2 slit
Oil
Salt
For Lemon Rice:
  • Add turmeric powder to lemon juice and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in pan, add hing, mustard seeds, curry leaves, chillies, urud dhal - fry.
  • Add the lemon juice and salt and let it cook for 1 min.Turn off flame and mix with Rice..
  • Serve hot !!!

Ready in minutes... Enjoy with any spicy curry or potato chips..
