Mint/Pudhina Chutney

Ingredients:

Mint (Pudhina)leaves, washed and chopped - 1 bunch
Small onion - 1, chopped
Garlic - 3-4 cloves, crushed
Ginger - 1 small piece , sliced
Green chillies - 4 to 5, chopped
Coconut(optional) - 1 tbsp, shredded
lemon juice - 2-3 tsp
cumin seeds or powder - 1 tsp
Urad dhal - 1 tsp
Channa dal - 1 tsp
Salt to taste

For Mint Chutney:
  • Fry all these in a little oil, one by one.
  • Blend to a smooth paste using a little water.

Enjoy with Rice or Bread
